I became a customer over 10 years ago. My grandmother needed a washer and told me to go back to the washing machine man. When I saw the reviews I was skeptical! Now I see they went down really bad! Ones of the reasons I went through them is because they could take the old washer but they failed that part! James is AWESOME. We need more people like you in the world! We purchased a washer straight cash and had it delivered. The washer is working good so far!!! The guys who came to deliver it was drunk and or high and couldn’t get my old washer out. (Major disappointment) if someone got it down there, they should be able to get it out! I called and text but no reply, so I went to the store and Miss lady said it’s nothing that they could do. She states to remove the old washer is FREE! (News flash miss lady Nothing is free) I explained to her that the money I paid should of included removing the old washer. I am not satisfied and I am done with this unprofessional place. It’s not worth the hassle! I hate a unprofessional business that doesn’t have any morals, values and ethics! Then the owner gets on the review and write a book! Save your words and practice BETTER business practices!

Customer service is good. They was on time for appointment and hooked everything up. Only thing was the appliances were not working the washer leaked water everywhere and the dryer wouldn’t dry. I called and had to wait all the way til Monday for a technician to come out so that was a huge inconvenience being that it was Friday that I called.

One of the worse places I've ever attempted to do business with. I scheduled for a oven and dryer repair the tech was scheduled to come Apr. 6th between 2 and 6 PM. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 5:52 PM saying he would be late (mind you I boxed out my work evening for this so I was highly annoyed I missed money for no reason). So, 6 PM came; no tech; 7 PM came, still no tech. Finally at about 7:50ish the tech calls me to apologize for being late and said he'd be on his way. He got to my place about 10 minutes later. When he came, I asked him if he wanted to start with the oven first? Sounding puzzled he said, he wasn't here for a oven repair, he was here for a washing machine. I told him that's not accurate, he then asked me if I was sure!?!?! 🤯🤯🤯 I made the appointment so to ask me if I was sure was an slap in the face. I was irritated it wasn't even funny. I told the tech he could leave if he wasn't repairing my dryer and oven and he left. I sent a message to the company that night AND NOT piss poor soul from this horrible company responded. When I say they're thee worse I mean the WORSE! DO NOT WASTE your money or time with these people. They don't care about their customers at all.

We are always running a special on appliance repair. If we cant fix your appliance for 149 (157.34 after tax) or less we do not charge you for the trip. If it is something that will cost more than 157.34 we CAN do the work if you want but if you choose not to have the work done, you don't owe us a dime. Most repairs can be done for the 149 (157.34 after tax)
Washers start as low as 179. Right now the lowest one is $209 the highest is 299. Both carry a one year warranty, free delivery and after the warranty expires forty percent off on repairs as long as you own it.
No they do not deliver the same day but they do install the same day when bring your stuff.

They will remove your old washer or dryer if you have purchased a washer or dryer from them.
A full sized dryer with a regular plug would be a gas dryer. We have plenty to choose from please stop by. 6555 north Teutonia Ave we are open 10-6 m-f and 11-3 on Saturday. The only dryer that will work with ONLY a 11 plug is a apartment sized dryer. I do not have any Apt sized dryers at this time though. I should also tell you that they are VERY small and take VEY LONG TIME to dry a VERY small load. Come in and talk with us and we'll be happy to help you figure it out.
Most of them are right around $249 to 269 we have some for more sometimes we might have one for less but the average price for a good looking nice gas range is 259.

I do not not have any right now. Do you need actual apartment size or a small washer and dryer? Apartment sized washers and dryers are less than 3 feet tall; roughly knee high and they have VERY SMALL capacity. An outfit is a full load for most apartment sized laundry appliances. No cash refunds, store credit only. If you moved and can't use it anymore, I would advise using offer up, Craigslist or marketplace. That's the sure fire way to get what it's worth. If you found a cheaper price or a quicker delivery date and you don't care about a long warranty, free delivery and a 40 percent discount on repairs as long as you own the appliance, we can refund 50 percent. If it breaks we fix it. If its a lemon, we replace it with a comparable appliance. If there's a different scenario, please let me know. I can't say whether or not it will change the answer, but if it's something outside of the norm, I should hear about it at the very least.

Its best to come in. The average is between 2and 250. We have them at higher and lower prices but that is the average. Our stock changes daily. Also keep in mind that dryers over $179 come with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY, FREE delivery, FREE installation and FREE removal of the old unit (if needed)
We no longer carry coin operated appliances but we do have some commercial grade washers.
You won't know that's why you need to go there in person and state exactly what you want it to be replaced with. If not they will probably give u what they want you to have.
Sorry Stacy, We do not buy appliances from the public. But We do offer free delivery. The amount that we would charge for delivery is about the same as what we would pay for your old appliance. When you buy appliance from us, we take the old appliance for free so it kind of balances out. You are not obligated to have us take your old appliance though, you can keep it if you want. Your best bet is Craigslist, let-go or the Journal Sentinel to sell your appliance. Good Luck!
Sorry Linda, we do not buy appliances from the public. If it works, your best bet is to list it on Craigslist. This was you'll get what its worth. If I were to buy it, you would have to bring it here and you would only get a fraction of its full value. Even if you tell me it works, I would still have to run it through my process, clean it up, deliver it and fix it if it happens to malfunction while under the warranty that I provide when I sell it. You can find a decent one there for around $200 I think which includes free delivery, removal of your old one and one year full free repairs or they'll replace if they can't repair it.
They have also refrigerators! Also if your washer or drayer are damage they can go to your house to repair it.
