I just purchased a new Echo weed eater on Friday. I went home to complete my trimming to prepare the outside of the house for my daughter's party. I was having difficulty setting up. I called Mike at closing on a Friday. He waited for me to drive back up to the store.a half hour past closing time to show me how to properly set up my new weed eater. Competitve pricing, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. I will never go anywhere else for lawn equipment. Thanks!!!

I wanted to share my experience with shopping for my second lawn mower at Gieloes Lawn and Garden Equipment. Your staff welcomed my wife and I along with our questions with no pressure to buy. We told them we would continue to shop around. We came back the same day and they had the mower , filled it with gas and oil. We were instructed on the use , does and don't of the machine . They started the machine to ensure that the new machine worked. We were so thankful for the expertise and friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

From initial phone call to pickup, Mike was a pleasure to work with. He did a good explaining the differences between two zero turn models and let me know about a promotion happening I didn't even know about. Unit pickup took only 5-10 minutes after arriving to store, and I was on my way! Another lawn equipment store actually recommended me to Gielow's.
