Does each franchise make their own chili or does it come premade? Mine today has big flat pieces of meat in it Never had any that looked like this before

Mine is the same in Oberlin Ohio. My guess is it is factory made.

I'm sorry I don't know for sure but, I've heard it's made in store. That's happened to me before actually. I assumed it was hamburger patties There was no problem with quality.
