I've tried ordering from them twice through Doordash. The first time they lost my order and my dasher messaged me and said he'd be a little late because they had to remake it. The second time I only got half of my food, and when I called to ask where the rest of it was, they told me to call back later because they didn't have time to talk to me at that moment. Well, it was my son's birthday party, and the food was supposed to be for him. I wasn't about to sit around waiting for an okay time to ask where my child's food was, so I drove to the next closest McDonald's and bought the same order and waited for Doordash to give me a refund. Then, when I went and looked at what little food we WERE given from the Oberlin McDonalds, I noticed that the milks that they gave us with the happy meals were EXPIRED. I worked in food service for 8 years, including fast food, bartending, and waitressing. I know it's hard work, but this is ridiculous. Idk who's running that place but they need to pull themselves together. Total mess.

To all of the staff working tonight 5/1 at 10:30pm I want to applaud their professionalism and staying calm when an extremely rude female customer came up to the drive thru and interrupted my order to complain about having to park and wait for her order. They all handled it very well and they were very busy, I could tell they were all working hard. The staff stayed calm and I cussed out the terribly rude customer so they didn’t have to 😌 the whole staff deserves a raise.

It was close to 7 ordered on app. Went through drive thru. Dtr wanted a pie. Got one that said expired at 3 and looked dead, so I asked for a new one, it was 27 min waiting out in front before I went through the drive thru and inquired. Only reason I waited was a hospital pt wanted it. Otherwise I would have gotten a refund and left. Finally got it but the wait time was uncalled for and the fact the no one checked the time before placing it in the bag was very bad customer service. However, the staff was very pleasant when it was addressed. Waiting on owner to contact me and will update.

The place was dirty, barely any tables were sanitized. My mom and I heard employees cussing in the kitchen, complaining about their job. The food was prepared very sloppily and the attitude of the “children” working there was awful.
