I took in a Husqvarna Machine because it needed oiled. The Juliet machine came back without the ability to sew in reverse, no stitch length adjustment and no buttonholer, I don't know what he did to the knob, but it no longer worked and it was fine when it went in. I am glad I did not take the computerized machine to him. I haven't checked the serger yet.

I purchased a used 6 needle embroidery machine that hadn't ran in 3 years. Ray went out of his way to get it up and running again, working his magic, and a week later this machine now purrs like a kitten! He was very knowledgeable and the pricing was more than fair. I am so happy with the work he's done for me and will definitely use him again. 2 thumbs up!

Helpful didn't have what I needed in stock. Ordered it, gets 2 day shipped to them. Offered to mail it to me but I declined as I live not far. One part ordered was a bobbin case. . installed, worked as should. Seems good quality. Ray does a training work shop yearly to teach you to repair sewing machines.
