I needed two machines repaired. I left them with Chris. She later called to tell me that one machine was unrepairable. She didn’t charge me for it, but she did tell me she removed the thread that was stuck in the machine. She did not, as pictured. The other machine wasn’t sewing straight. She said the tension mechanism wasn’t working correctly and there was nothing she could do. She still charged me $80 for that one though… even though she didn’t fix what I asked her to fix. The machine still does not sew straight, as pictured. I cannot recommend this place.
