Is the location in Enon Ohio still open?
I have a dozen empties to return for refund. I've tried calling many many times but have not received a call back - answering service takes messages but no one ever calls back.

Yes the Enon office is open from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and open until noon Saturdays.
