Good product at good price but absolutely terrible service. Most of the time when you call you get an answering service and leaving a message with them is worthless as you WILL NOT get a response. I ended up cancelling my service in March after being a customer for years. Was told my refund would take 4-6 weeks. It took 17 weeks. Was great until they became a part of Culligan. Shameful.

We have gotten water from this company for years. The phone reminders are appreciated as to when they are delivering. The driver is always courteous and accomodating!

Management needs to a change their delivery service process to let customers know if the delivery is going to be made in the AM (9-12) or PM (12-5). Otherwise, the customer has to wait around all day for the delivery….which is very inconvenient.

Once you get set up, it is quick, super easy and very reliable. I never have to make a phone call. If I need to change the amount or even cancel an order, it's done in a few clicks on the website and I never have to worry about it getting delivered correctly. The drivers are AWESOME! In and out, but also courteous and will double check if it looks like you have more or less than usual.

They got bought out by Culligan. We had the exact same experience you're having, until we called Culligan. Now they've resumed deliveries. Interestingly, they're still using the Aqua Falls bottles. I'm guessing they'll be phased out over time.
Another company bought them about a year ago. Rough start but, I heard service has improved. We did stop delivery service.
Yes, the only way to solve anything is by going there personally.

I called aqua falls numerous times always got the answering service very nice try to place order they said they would pass it on I never received a call back. I signed up for paperless automatic billing after 3 weeks I went to the office placed an order. The young ladies there we're not very concerned about the issues about trying to reach them they said that they do not take orders from the answering service and their site online it's poorly done I asked the question about the answering service being permanent they did not know so anyway not a very good way to do business after aquafalls was sold .
Alain Yes the Enon office is open from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and open until noon Saturdays.
I suggest that you call Culligan and explain your situation. They bought out aqua falls. Once we got ahold of them directly (NOT using the Aqua Falls number) we got it straightened out.

Same old same old....no invoice being left for the 3rd time....Unable to even get online to check my account and see if proper bottle returns are being credited , how much my balance is and when the next delivery is going to be....Did Aqua Falls sell out like someone mentioned? Delivery today was after 5 PM and the truck was an AquaFalls. I then tried to log on to check my account and the new site seems to really be messed up.........
