I set up an appointment with Best Buy to have my phone battery replaced. The website and the geek squad employee told me it would be about 20 minutes total to do the repair. After I completed the paperwork, the employee came back and told me it would be 1-2 hours. 2.5 hours after I dropped my phone off, they called my friend and told her it was ready for pick up. We went back an hour later to pick it up and still had to wait 20 extra minutes because it still wasn’t complete (after they had already called 80 minutes ago to say it was ready). The staff members were friendly and gave me a $50 store credit without me complaining, but I would have appreciated more transparency about how long it would take considering I was expecting to be in and out in 20 minutes, but it ended up taking 4.5 hours. Will most likely go to a different location next time.

Well stocked electronics, appliances and accessories. Clean and organized with most things in stock and the option to have things shipped for free that are not. Look for assistance and the television section and my only complaint is how close the reps wanted to get into your personal space to explain things to you. Most likely just the person I got that day who would be fine if he took two steps back and maybe took a shower but you cannot reflect that upon the store.

This bus usually my go to Best Buy in the area. Everyone is very nice. The layout is easy to navigate and they usually have the latest and greatest items. Everything is usually in stock and easy to get. Simple clean and good.

Call or stop by Best Buy. There is a masked greeter at the door who will help. You also must wear a mask.

I really don't think Best Buy fixes iPhones I think you'll probably have to go to mobile phone repair company. But if he called them they may be able to tell you where to go.
Yes. They do recycle electronics
They sell new phone accessories but they don't but anything.
There are 2. One is at 2907 Centere Dr. in Fairborn/Beavercreek (close to the Fairfield Commons Mall). The other is at the North West corner of 741 and 725 by the Dayton Mall. If you're in Huber Heights, the Beavercreek Store is closest.
