If I could give them a zero I would they will lie cheat and steal and every possible imaginable way if you have no moral fiber in you go get a job there and you could probably make a good living they will fire anyone that questions them and they will promote people that will do their deeds , they will try to pass off severely used furniture as new they will not keep up with their dates don't be surprised if it shows up at your door and pieces from the employees to the president they are the most corrupt company around

We made a purchase on 7/15/22 and they kept on saying it's hear but we have a New guy who is unloading the trucks we waited until July 28, 2022 and we got our money back we were really excited to get this furniture but I guess it wasn't for us.

Absolute horrible customer service. I moved out of state ~4 months after buying furniture. Found out when I called customer service for a broken power plug that moving out of state voids the warranty...so that's a waste. Either way, I needed the power supply for the recliner replaced. Chad helped me on Saturday. Said the person that needs to actually order the part would do it on Monday. I called on Monday to make sure. Chad wasn't there but someone else helped and after a few 'holds' found out that Chad had actions to take before the part could be ordered (which I was willing to pay for). I was told I wouldn't hear from Chad until Wednesday, as he was out Monday, and Tuesday was a company celebration. Wednesday I called and spoke to a third person. After several 'holds" the young lady asked if she could call me back. That was two weeks ago and I've heard nothing.

In store and online communication is amazing this company still believes in old fashioned customer service. That is truly and merit badge they should be wearing proudly. The product items we have purchased are quality and hold up very well. Yet, again I cannot begin to explain the customer service this organization offers. We are beyond pleased.
