Typical big box store. Hopefully whatever you buy works without issue because you will get zero support. Have done multiple installs through them and had issues with every single one. Basically have to contact corporate and work the issue for months to get resolution. Good luck reaching any local management! Best advice, if it's available elsewhere go there!

We just bought a water heater and had it installed by Lowes. They did a perfect job, and faster than I could have on my own. I'm a veteran, so I got the 10% discount, and at the time, AO Smith offered a $100 Lowes gift card if Lowes installed it. It included the parts and the County Permit. Total cost was very reasonable. Compared to the last time I did it myself, Lowes installation wins hands down.
