I shopped several stores for two specific furniture pieces. Sarah, in the Fairborn, Ohio store, let me browse, answered questions, let me take my time, all while professionally tending to others. I visited two or three times before choosing. The price, delivery, and set up of the two pieces I did buy were outstanding...and I was never rushed. Highly recommend this store and her services.

Saw a great deal online upon purchase I was contacted and told that with that piece of furniture that I would have to buy the set even though it allowed me to just buy the one piece of furniture. Devon the store manager is horrible with customer care and the owner of the store couldn’t even help out I highly recommend to not use this store for furniture.

I purchased a sofa from them about 2 years ago. The sofas trampoline broke and the wood frame was sticking out of the back. I had been working with them since June to get it fixed and the manufacturer said they wouldn’t do anything. I called back and spoke with Brendan and he got in contact with the Owner to see what they can do. With in a hour they had something worked out for me (this was on a Friday) and by Saturday I had a new sofa in my home! Brendan and frank went above and beyond with their customer service! Would definitely purchase from them again! Thanks so much guys!!
