Why does a business change its opening times from 4am to 5am without any type of notification its frustrating when your wanting to order a ice coffee at 4am to find our your regular spot no longer opens at 4 but at 5?

I blame Burger King.

🤔 I'm assuming that question is rhetorical and that you do not, in fact want a complete summation of business analysis, profitability, marketing costs, franchising possibility, and the odds of being able to contact every customer to let them know about this change or even the odds that they will care. That said, I'm sorry your usual coffee fix is no longer available. As a caffeine lover, I understand how important it is to get your coffee and breakfast sandwich. I hope you find an adequate replacement. 🙂

As a employee there I totally agree we weren't even told before the change happened. Its frustrating. They should update the websites so people know the correct times.
