Highly Recommend. YOU CAN'T FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE! The customer service and care is on point here, along with the work ethic and attention to detail in his work. The owner Spencer, really cares about his customers. A lot of companies are great up until they get your payment for services and its a nightmare if you have any issues after that getting anything fixed. Everyone has been there. My original install was excellent. Its been a little over a year and my bass knob wire failed. I brought it in to have it looked at and spencer said he would order me one and install it when it came in. Part came in and he installed it, free of charge! I also had an issue that wasn't necessarily wrong with the install but more of a convenance issue. He addressed that problem for me by moving the location of the remote power wire for the amp. Completely free of charge and I am amazed how far he has gone in retaining a customer. Will never go anywhere else for any car services he offers that I need done.

Spencer has installed backup cameras and lcd head units and tinted in all my fleet vans. He does such great work that I had him install a new Bluetooth radio and speakers in my wifes car. I can't recommend Spencer and Premier audio enough.
