Got a great new TV there. Customer Service was real good. They had exactly what I was looking for. After checkout, they immediately got a helpful, friendly staff member to help me load the TV. Very good experience today.

Like got good stuff to buy. We got phones from there because they said it would be a cheaper bill. Now here we are still struggling to get our phones sent in so we don't have to pay a $300+ phone bill. As it sits I'm probably going to have to pay it. Should've just went to Verizon in the first. Quit selling phone plans if you can't take in phones and send them in. Thanks for ruining my next 2 yrs

I asked if they give vet discounts and was told, sadly no. I asked for a ten percent discount on an extremely expensive tv. Refused to give any kind of discount even after I told them I would buy it if they did. They send you an email with a 10 percent discount that has so many exclusions its basically worthless. The sales guy was helpful and that's the only reason they got the 3 stars. Otherwise 1 star. Sad.

So to start, this is only to google maps users, and not to the store. If you ask if it has "finally gone outta business" than you should not shop there. I only go to best buy if I know exactly what im getting, this is just one reason why.
For what purpose? I don't think they offer to recycle your old appliances, so I'm not sure why you would take your old tv.
It is Christmas time. They may not have the hands to answer phones. I'd say go down there or to the closest one to you. I get the same way and cuss people out when I go in but I keep forgetting it's the holidays

Best Buy does not have training classes. You could likely pay for some time at the Geek Squad tech bench for some one on one time, but they usually only help with software configuration and installation, not training.
They do not buy games. You can sell games at gamestop, a pawnshop, or craigslist.

Asking in google is not asking the store, its asking reviewers. For product stock it would be quicker to check the website. If you call, you will sit on hold until you reach a sales person who will either check the web site or tell you yes so will come in regardless.
