This Taco Bell had chosen to employ rude staff that put their own convenience above the needs of their customers. Several times in the last couple weeks I have picked up deliveries from this store after 9pm, and the lobby has been closed, requiring me to use the drive thru, tonight I also used the drive thru expecting as usual that the lobby was closed. Oddly enough, at 9:50 the lobby was open, and I was told that I couldn't pick up an order at the drive thru. I was at that point locked into the drive thru lane by a vehicle behind me. So not only did I have to wait 10 minutes to get to the ordering board, I had to wait 10 minutes to make it through the line. After which I was made to enter into the building, which was completely shut down with no lights or ordering board active (clearly closed) and was yet again met with hostility when I requested the order to complete my delivery. Which at that point was sitting cold on the counter in the dark. All because some lazy employees wouldn't take 10 seconds to hand me the order through the window. Absolutely horrible service should not be rewarded with business.

Nit one thing on the order was correct. Fillings shrank, when my crunch wrap is more shell that fillings nit very good.They need to pay attention to the screen and not go off standard toppings. Just this store.

It's Taco Bell. What more is there to say. This one is always out of certain items and they usually mess up your order. I usually go in so I can check bag before I leave. Mostly younger people working there that have no idea how to work proper customer service. It's a quick bite for pretty cheap.

Great burritos and tacos when you have the munchies, but they have been better. Friendly staff. It is American-ized Mexican food but we are in America. Good for "fast food" usually. Rhey have few people working late shifts.
They wear masks and gloves, hand you your order on a tray, have a plexiglass barrier. They also seal your bag as soon as they fill it.
Call the manager and or the general manager of that store directly by the phone number and tell them what has happened they should bend over backwards to make it right.
