Sat in my car for 45 minutes before open due to back pain. Because I couldn't sign up online (store wasn't open) and I couldn't run to the door, I'm now 5th in line, when I know I was the first one in the parking lot this morning. Next time I'll bring a god damn lawn chair.

15yo son asked for short, business style hair cut. He came out with a bowl cut from the 60s. It was appalling! NO ONE has ever wanted this hair cut, and definitely no 15yo. He was so embarrassed, he was trying to use water to fluff his hair up before going to class, to hide the bowl cut. WORST men's hair cut I've ever seen. I regret every penny spent.

The hair stylist forgot twice I was just doing my beard, instead she started cutting my hair. I told her just the beard, and proceeded to cut my hair again. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
When you're on the wait list, chances are you'll be next or almost next in line when you arrive. Please note that if you request a specific stylist upon arriving at the salon, your wait time may be longer.
