It has a sleeper sofa bed and also a king bed in a separate area in the suite so 4 people but also u can request a roll away bed
A double has two beds, 2 per beds, I don't know if they offer a cot and a nice recliner chair.
Up to 4 (2 per bed) sofa and cot. So I would say up to 6
