This store’s food is always fresh. If you don’t mind waiting for food as you normally would wait for something to cook, then this is the place for you. It’s not typical fast food. It takes a little longer but the food is real ingredients, not greasy or loaded down with condiments. I enjoy it every time we go there.

I've been wanting to go here for years but this experience wasn't what I thought. With dine in, nobody comes to take your order or even brings you your food or drink. While waiting on our food, a few peoples orders weren't even filled. The food was amazing though. I recommend just going through the drive thru if you go here but even the lines are long for that.

came on 2/18/22 around 6-7pm service was great, guy wearing a blue shirt was very courteous and the food was delicious

If I could give zero stars I would this place have went downhill from the years I use to eat here post cov19 15 mins in line for cold fries and a warm discussing burger never will I ever eat here again I'll still to cookout! ATE 1 FRIE THE TRASH ATE THE REST

I thought about the safety issue too, but the restaurant is open....You would think they would just run the drive thru. Crazy!!!
Well, I wasn't in the mood for their attitude, so we left & went to the Waffle House next door. My girlfriend has never had Steak & Shake before, so I wanted to take her. Not a good experience. We will not be going back to this location. I love Steak & Shake food, but won't be able to go back to this one. Only think I can figure is poor management & training. They we're not busy, only about 4 tables had people.
I'm not sure about calling in the first place. They always seem to not answer the phone when I Call. But then. Iment you order some food, they will take a call on front of your face, and that call takes all precedence over a paying customer standing there.
