Traveling home to Florida from our vacation. We stayed one night there. The room was nice. But the morning checkout lady was not. First was rude to my husband because we had a dog on the 3rd floor, and told him he would have to take the dog to the car and leave it.. the checkin lady put us on 3rd floor we didn’t check ourselves in. Then when I went to checkout I told her our tv wasn’t working. She ask if I told the front desk person I said yes, she said I don’t see anything about it. I told her she gave me new batteries for the remote., but still didn’t work. She said the housekeeping always have the tv on while they are cleaning like I was lying.She never ask how was our stay or have a good day or nothing. Your website also says hot breakfast not a paper bag breakfast. We stayed at Drury inn on our way to our destination. They had a full hot breakfast. So will definitely go back to Drury Inn next time. Your front desk lady in the morning on July 11th. needs to learn how to treat her guest!!! Will never stay with y’all again!!

Don’t let the one star for you, it’s for the sake that it is very close to the airport. I wasn’t expecting much due to the cheaper price, but it did not even live up to my already low expectations! I booked on Priceline because it had a “good” average rating but after seeing it I looked into it and found all the “good” reviews where really old. At one time this might have been a nice place, that is not the case anymore! I have NEVER given a 1 star review but this place deserves it. The restaurant has been shut down, the pool is closed, the place is literally falling apart and it is FILTHY!! Not just in the room, the whole place is gross. Husband and I ran to Target to get bedding to cover the beds since we are stuck staying here 2 nights. Will never be back. Trust me, pay a little more and stay at one of the other many hotels close to the airport. 🤢😷

Absolutely terrible. Checked out after one night. Was told I would receive a refund. Did not receive said refund for remainder of stay. Was charged full price. Gross rooms. I called to confront the GM about the lack of a refund and she called me a liar. I am appalled by the terrible customer service and dishonesty. Do not stay here under any circumstances

Avoid if possible. We love this chain of hotels and this place absolutely does not live up to the name. It actually feels like a MOTEL more than the Country Inn and Suites that we have stayed at in the past. They don’t even clean the rooms or offer fresh towels during your stay. I wish I had given more credence to other reviewers and pass on this one completely. Heed our warning: 1. The rooms are half the size of a normal CIS. The advertised pictures are completely misleading. They must be from the very first day the hotel was opened. It looks nothing like the pictures. 2. The rooms are old. The furniture, carpet, bathroom, appliances, and even the outlets (we found two that had burn marks) are in desperate need of repairs or upgrades. 3. Every single towel had either a red lint/paint that chipped away or a brown/yellow stain that didn’t get washed out completely. 4. The bathroom doesn’t even have a fan. 5. All the lights, remote, tv are not cleaned or dusted well at all. 6. There are off putting stains and very old manufacturing stickers in the bathroom and tub. 7. Every countertop except for the bath countertop had permanent stain damage that we could not wipe away with a Clorox wipe. 8. The mini fridge and microwave are not clean. 9. The pool is closed for what looks like repairs that someone forgot to finish. There’s rain water 3/4 way up and abandoned equipment strewing the poolside. 10. The parking lot (especially the backdoor entrance) is LITTERED with trash and pot holes 11. The backdoor is unlocked (or cannot fully close properly). 12. The stairway is dark, old (paint chipping), cluttered with items, and just flat out dirty. 13. Every single door knob is peeled or crusted. I didn’t even want to hang my jacket on them. 14. The walls are paper-thin. 15. There’s only 3 SMALL pillow for each bed. 16. You have the noisy highway on one side, a very busy Chili’s on the other, and a bar on the third side. Lots of neon lights and nothing at all worth seeing. The sheets do look clean and it is close to a lot of locations we were visiting (zoo, friends, etc.). The hot water is fantastic and the faucets are easy to use (doesn’t burn you and doesn’t keep you waiting forever for hot water). The staff is nice but not super helpful and just constantly want to charge you more for every little request. We only stayed for the weekend and had a lot of outside activities planned. So we only used the hotel for showering and sleeping. We also looked into other hotels within hours of being here but we couldn’t get our money back and we didn’t want to cause a scene after a long day of travel. Wish I could get a full refund.
