Yes, thats normal.
that's interesting. they wouldn't let us pay cash. even after staying there multiple times and having a reservation for a couple weeks later. dispute the charge and never go back.
I've had this at other businesses, call your bank first to see if it's a pending charge that's being held or if a refund needs to take place. Then call Drury to see why it's not been taken off yet or if they can give you a time frame of when its supposed to be refunded. If they won't help you I would call the bank back and contest the charge.
It's highly possible that your deposit in still in the system, but I would check with Drury. Have them give you an estimated time to expect your refund.
