Pirates section is mostly closed (as of today) and that includes the water-park section. Unsure of when it'll be opened officially, but they didn't appear to be too far away from opening that. Otherwise, everything else was open and usable including the rides like coasters and adventures. There is one other thing that wasn't "open" but if you check their map on the website, it'll say what locations are closed/in progress as of now.
As far as I know all should be open for late July but the hotel not yet
We were there today. It seems like the water rides and splash pads are the only ones left to open, everything else is open now. There's still lots to do even without the water rides. Lines might get longer but kids had lots of fun.
