We love this place. My oldest daughter has been doing gymnastics since she was able to start walking. All 3 of my kids love going and releasing their energy. The staff are all so nice and personable.

I see boys that age and older there. Their schedule indicates they have recreational and advanced for boys to at least 16.
They dont. The Middletown ymca offers swim lessons. Hudson valley swim which operates out of the town of Newburgh golds gym (no membership needed) is one we used for our daughters and they do an excellent job.
