Of the seven companies I called to get information from, On Time Disposal was THE ONLY ONE who bothered to call and be ready to do business. Faigy provided easy to understand pricing and was happy to answer questions. They also offer the longest time to have the containers (two weeks) and by far the best price of what we could find out online. We didn't have to wait weeks either to get a dumpster. Within a couple of days, one was dropped off right where we asked them to in our driveway. We kept it for three weeks, and called for pickup. No fuss, no mess left by On Time Disposal when they picked up the dumpster (can't say the same for the company who picks up our weekly trash), and no damage to our driveway or yard. Another company we called didn't even know their own pricing or scheduling, and told me to call back in a few days. The rest never returned multiple phone calls, emails, faxes, or online "Contact Us" forms. Those places shouldn't talk about how great their customer service is on their web pages - they have none! On Time Disposal Inc is a great company and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more or better.
