It's not really a waterpark at all and no it doesn't have the Tipping bucket

It's not a waterpark but you can still get wet and be refreshed in one of the rides in Pirate theme park.

And I would put in a suggestion if I was you to see if they can get a tipping bucket there or a little water park when it is hot for the children

Right there are about 3 water rides and one does not get soaked. There are no tipping buckets anywhere.
