if it rains continuously before it opens, probably not. if it rains for 2 hrs continuously when park is open, they will close the rides and refund
It was raining when we went but cleared a little later on. Nevertheless it was a nice experience. Also, there is a boat ride and if you decide to go on it you will get wet. Definitely check the weather before you go.
