Walmart secret police admitted they had never herd a successful appeal and headquarters admits the process is false. You don't have to solicit to be punished.

They barred you for a YEAR for being there too long?! Get in touch with corporate via email, or possibly Twitter, and tell them. And personally, I love that you asked for the legal definition of "loitering."
