First, I want to give a big "Shout Out" to Carolyn who check me out on lane 9. She had people backed up with each buggy having a large amount to checkout. She was working as fast as she could as she was chatting to the customer. She was wonderful!!!! I went to the service desk to ask for more checkers. I was told that there was inly two checkers. I was told that this was all that there was. I told her that there are lots of people walking around. She told me that they ate not checkers. I walked saying they Walmart should plan better for Saturdays. I went back and waited until it was my turn. Halfway through my overloaded buggy, two cashiers were called to register 7 and 8 with someone yelling, "they were open and there is no waiting. This is my take on this. They wait until lines are extremely long before adding additional cashiers as they are trying to encourage people to go in the self checkout. However, self checkout doesn't work for people who are A LOT of items. The area and space is not large enough. I got out to my car and decided to call and speak to the manager. No one answered. Have more respect for the people you have hired and are showing up!!! Have more respect for the customers who are walking through the door to spend their hard-earned money.

Greeter wasn't friendly, I needed help with a motorized wheelchair, she told me to get it myself. When I had checked out she wanted to see my receipt. She was not friendly at all. She has no right treating anyone like that

It’s not bad. The fruits and vegetables are usually not that fresh. you can see bugs flying around at times. Perhaps they’ll start having more fresh items soon.

I took off work today for this appointment, I had an appointment at 11 am with Beatrice, she did not show up and I was told she would be late because she overselpt and would be there at 12 .. so I did a lil shopping and 12:20 rolled around still not there. Terrible service, will not be back and very unprofessional! Wow can't believe you can waste people's time like that.

Yes
Just walk up to them and say I would like to talk to you privately and say its come to my attention that you have body odor. No disrespect but your around customers all day and they smell you is there any reason for this. If you do not have the money to buy you what you need I can help with that. I want you to keep your job but with people complaining about the way you smell I'm afraid you might lose it. Please let me help in any way I can ok I want you to keep your job its hard out there. . Depending on who it is they might not have a washing machine. Or money to wash their clothes or if its a college student they might be pulling a lot of hours and have no time to bath before going to work or even if their working 2 jobs going straight from 1 job to another. Be sensitive and let them know know your a friend and just trying to help and not judge. And if that doesn't help than take your concerns to management. I hope this helps.
susan highers is correct: Every Tuesday, Walmart opens an hour early, at 6am, for customers 60+ only.
Yep. You can even have them bring the groceries to your car. Download the app and give it a try.
I was told today that as long as you have a vehicle and sleep in it in the parking lot that it aloud. Now if it's legal I can not say for sure but i was there today and did see a van in the parking lot over where no cars usually park and he was living out of it so hopefully you find this useful. Hope it all works out and God bless.
It differs from each store, but in most stores it near canned goods
Best guess. Lack of qualified employees
There are effectively no COVID precautions. Earlier in the pandemic, Walmart officially had a mask mandate. Customers were supposed to be checked at the door, but the employee doing the checking always pretended not to notice customers not wearing a mask. Now, although there are still signs suggesting to mask, no one does, not even most of the employees.
Only one person on duty to tend the gas pumps, Cash register, clean, restock, and answer questions...?... Is why I quit convenience store empolyment many years ago. And they wonder why you have so many drive offs. LOL! Best bet? Drive down there and see if anyone is even there.
They work! They just dont care!

We are a friendly town. Get off on exit 287 and turn left left on S. Jefferson Avenue. Turn right on E. Veteran Drive. Walmart will be on the left. I see trucks pulling in and parking at this entrance. Welcome!
