I’ve ordered the same drink with lite ice at several other Starbucks in other cities as I travel often for work but for some reason this location equates lite ice with less drink. Go figure. If I order a soda with lite ice from a fast food place they don’t fill the cup half way with soda. So the manager of the shift thought it better to argue with me instead of top off my $6 coffee. Whatever. Apart from that I asked for the sweet cream on the side because I have to be very careful with my sugar intake and the guy taking the order said no problem but when I got to the window they had put the cream in it. I had to go around and go inside to try to get it fixed and the manager after refusing to accommodate lite ice yelled for me to ‘have a blessed day’ as I walked off obviously aggravated. Save your passive aggressive comments for someone else. I didn’t stop at Starbucks for a blessed day, I came for coffee. We all know yelling that at someone after a disagreement is about the same as saying “f you”. As I said I’ve been to to s of different Starbucks across the country. Not sure why this manager would rather argue instead of topping my cup.
