Great experience! Those men's working out here the best mechanics I ever seen, they changed the oil, did the tire rotation and serviced other parts of the 🚗 and its cost only less than $ 40, highly recommended! Hope they get pay well!

We waited for management to come open the glass door for a headlight .. 4 associates later I went to the front desk to ask again that is when I was informed that after 9 there is no access to get in the case. If they had told us that the first or even second we could have made it somewhere to get one.

If I could rate a negative stars I most definitely would. I called one hour before I showed up to make sure they had 2 tires in stock for my truck, I was assured on the phone they had 2 of them took my name and said they were holding them for me I told them I would be there within 2 hours to have them mounted, I relayed to him on the phone I was here from IL and got a flat tire on my way down so definitely needed them. The man said to tell them when I pulled up to the awning(carport) to tell them I had two tires saved with my name on them. I pulled in about an hour after speaking with the man on the phone, told the person I was there for my 2 tires that were saved, he states well we sold those tires earlier this morning. I said no they were reserved for me he said im pretty sure we did. I said I want to speak to a manager who proceeds to tell me he can order any tire in for me but he didn't have any in my size, I told him it was their mistake he said well people make mistakes. I should have known this was not a place to do business when the associate helping me couldn't spell AMANDA. No customer skills what so ever, manager chalked it up as it was no big deal. I ended up going to discount tries right down the road and they were wonderful, very intelligent and friendly people to work with!
