It is a very important Senior set that helps people with low incomes like me a lot. The attention of the staff is very good and they are always aware of their tenants. I live very quietly here, especially after my husband passed away. I feel safe.

St Andrews towers has a website just call and request an application, you must be 62 yrs or older.
Ask for the portability specialist phone and FAX number. It takes 2 wks to a month depending on that person's workload
62 yrs old and sec 8 has a long wait list
My mother applied in 2015 and everytime she calls they keep telling her she is not up yet. I understand that the buildings were going through renovations and now I see that the waist list is open again. I cannot understand how it h as been 6 years and she has not made it to the top of the list. I will be calling personally.

Its a income restricted, 62 year and up. You have to put yourself on list with the office.
It is a low income facility for seniors 62 and over you pay 30% of Their income
