The staff is super friendly and the store is well kept. The store associate was polite and knowledgeable. They truly strive for customer satisfaction. It was just an awesome experience. My repair was done in the timeframe they promised, and it was excellent work. I highly recommend this store, the customer service is the best I have seen in a long time

They are great I brought in a 4 watches 1 with a broken watch band 3 watches that needed batteries. All done in less than an hour and 1 battery was still under warranty that was free

Yes they do
Hello Cat-thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in responding-we've been having some issues accessing our messages on Google. In order to be able to give you a fair and accurate price, we would first need to see the ring you're looking to have polished. Please bring it in at your earliest convenience and we'll be happy to assist you further. Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10am-8:45pm, and on Sunday we're open from 12pm-5:45pm. Our only exception is New Years Day, we close at 5:45pm.
They do excellent work on watches.
They might be able to repair but it will be costly I am sure. They have been great in the past however, over a year ago I took my old Times in because the spring had sprung and it needed replacing. They said they could do it and it has not been right every since. They still have the watch and are trying to correct. Over a year to fix it is crazy, but they are still trying.. At least they did not just give up. The cost was also expensive, $165 to replace the spring!
