Actually, there is a no pet policy on the website.
In order to maintain the vibration here at Mount Soma, we ask visitors to leave pets at home.
Probably you can leave your pet near canteen during your visit inside the Temple.
There is really no place for a puppy up there and there is very little shade. And I have never seen anyone bring a pet but I can't say there's a policy against them.
