I was actually dreading going to this place to return my shoes to Amazon, based on the reviews I saw on here. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service, and felt I had to come home and write a positive review. I don’t doubt that some people have had unpleasant experiences, which is inevitable in every public facing business, but mine was very pleasant and I’ll come back again without hesitation.

Was previously a 5, very helpful and friendly on several prior visits. Unfortunately, I just drove 30 minutes to find out they now close at 4:00. Mayberry is long gone and the world operates 24hours a day now. Very disappointed. Will not be back.
