Aye: there is no additional fee for the in-car heaters. If you position the connected wire the right way, you could get the heater inside your vehicle without the door being ajar and with no damage to the speaker and cable. They work great for me! (I saw a double feature in zero degree weather with two of them heaters in my ride; didn't even need to run my engine for additional warmth)
I have no idea about the heaters. I just pull in with a full tank of gas and turn the radio on and relax. I don't recommend the winter months if your car is not the most reliable, but if it is, go and have a nice time.
No they don't cost extra day free they hang on the door and window

No heaters, just speakers.... you provide your own heat and quality sound with your radio
No it all comes from your radio so you don't have to have your Windows down it is so nice Just love it
