So clear that whomever is at top management treats the employees well because every single employee from the front desk to the housekeeping crew had positive attitudes, were genuinely helpful and exhibited great work ethic. Shout out to Rhonda - you stock and run a breakfast buffet like no other —shout out to Alexis, thank you for your special touches, recommendations and professional and warm demeanor.

Pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. We booked this hotel to visit Henry Ford Museum and a few more places nearby. We were so glad we booked this hotel; it was very close to all the popular restaurants and attractions. Parking (you pay for it per day btw) was very convenient instead of a road-side parking. Staff always had a smile on their face and never say no to our requests. They kept everything clean and sanitized. Overall, a clean and comfy place for you/your families to stay. Complimentary Breakfast was a bit boring with very limited choices. You would stop enjoying after a day (or two). I am sure kids would love it.

We quickly picked Hampton Inn by a doing a quick Google search. It was late, cold, and we were ready to find a comfortable place to settle for the night. When we walked through the doors we were greeted by TAMIEKA! She welcomed us with a warm smile, and even provided more information on how to access our Hilton Honor Points and other goodies to watch for when signed into our account (online or through the Hilton Honors App). I recommend booking here if you are looking for GREAT Customer Service, Clean and Updated Rooms, & Delicious Breakfast Options!

Clean and newer hotel, but the bed was terrible. Hotel staff weren't bad, but far from charismatic. The complimentary breakfast offerings were slim. Room walls are thin and noisy guests in other rooms could easily be heard. Overall an average hotel for the price with nothing actually bad to say about it, but certainly not up to par with what I expect from Hilton brand hotels.

We don’t sell cigarettes since we are a non-smoking property. However, there are some places nearby that do sell them.
We didn’t put safes in the rooms, but we do have safety deposit boxes at the Front Desk for guests to use.
Our bathcare products are Neutrogena.
We do have AAA rate, but you just need to bring your AAA card to get the rate.
