Its not "clear" {like say apple juice} but it's not "cloudy" either. The word I might use is.... condensed? (but certainly not "thick" or anything like that!) It's what a fresh pressed apple should look like. And, it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Seriously, Franklin makes one of THE BEST Apple Cider's in Michigan...if not the whole country, -& I have tried quite a few different apple ciders - in Michigan, but not around the rest of the counrty tho. *I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Apple Cider! *I even got a small freezer just to keep frozen Cider during the off season-I often drink it every single day -until we run out & I have to wait to get more! But seriously, unpasteurized cider is not as good. Unless u have a weakend immune system tho, its really nothing to worry about!
Not pasteurized, but very clear still. Very see through
The cider is very clear. No floaters.
No, not pasteurized. Just filtered as it comes out of the press.
