After my first visit I knew I needed to invest in a membership! Such a beautiful and diverse garden, with endless paths and trails to explore. This is a fantastic place for birding. One of my favorite experiences has been sitting in the bamboo grove and listening to the eerie song of the Swainson’s thrush. Be sure to make a stop at the redwood grove while you’re there! It’s a wonderful place to just slow down and meditate. Also, the plants they have for sale are very reasonably priced! I haven’t bought one yet but I’m tempted each time I go!

Beautiful place. Absolutely gorgeous, and serene. Visited in the late afternoon, not knowing what to expect and was spellbound. The grounds and gardens are so peaceful. My new favorite place. I just wish I could have taken some pictures of my car in front of the house
