WHAT A TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. We lived in Elkhorn,Nebraska and place was not bad to live at but whole office along with corporate office make this experience being horrible with their intention to rob every single resident, but when it comes to their responsibilities no one is available and responsible. One of ''minor'' things that happen to us were that we were out of water for 4 DAYS with pregnant wife, they were just claiming all the time ''Part is on the way'' so they can legally cover them selfs, but who care about residents. Someone also drilled into my fuel tank, stole fuel also broke into my wife's car, and guess what , again not their responsibility. People for Edward Rose, I am well aware that you legally covered yourself but there is something calling moral obligation to your customers and you don't have it. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO GET YOU IN, BUT ONCE YOU SIGN THEY WILL RIP YOUR SKIN OFF IF THEY CAN. DISCUSTING.

I was verbally assaulted by a maintenance worker When they came in to put in a new washer and dryer and because it wouldn't fit they put the dryer in sideways instead of repairing the wall the correct way and then he proceeded to throw my rug outside my door in to my home . I also went in to my apartment complex to discuss how I could figure out to do something regarding moving out the they did not explain to me that I could sign the 60 day lease and then have months to month if I did not move out in time instead I am stuck with a month's rent because I was misinformed that it was a possibility

Staff at westlake apartments are always kind and rude but staff at edward here are incredulously rude and off putting.
