This company owns a lot of apartments and they try to scam you into applying for a until to pay the application fee then they don't have availability for months all of a sudden. I wouldn't feel like that if it wasn't for the constant emails and text messages I get saying they have availability but when I apply or talk to someone on the phone it's a wait-list.

I second that question. I have had maintenance requests in to my property since February that have not been addressed. The property manager has been changed 3 times since last august where I live, theres always an excuse, they never return phone calls or emails, and this is at ALL levels, Local, Regional and Corporate. This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I cant wait to take them to court.

I'd say whatever you've read about them is true. Their units aren't even worth what they charge. I've moved out to an area with larger better looking units in taylor with better pricing. There are better apts out there.

The only way to find out is to apply because I can not prequalify. From my experience, satisfied judgments shows that your debt is paid which is a positive. Again, you must apply and get a definite answer.
You should ask the property manager or leasing consultant why you can't move in. Was there anything wrong with the unit? Did you get the lights turned on in your name? Ask the proper questions then see if you can get a new move in date.

Great, because I just emailed them about maintenance issues that my property has not addressed yet after 3 months.
They charged me an additional 398 for damages that did not exist. In addition my ceiling leaked, damaged my furniture, and my car was damaged while living there. Never rent from them. If they refuse to give your money back go right to the office with a lawyer these people are unprofessional unethical uneducated idiots
