What time arw they having the zoo lights ?? Do they also end at 4:00pm?

They have them at night. Wild Lights November 18-19, 24-26; December 1-3, 8-10, 15-17, 20-23, 26-315:30 to 9 p.m. select weeknights and Sundays • 5:30 pm. to 10 p.m. Fridays and SaturdaysPrices will vary subject to date and time

Normal zoo winter hours are 10-4. Then they close and reopen at 5:30p till 9p with the "wild lights". Wild Lights is a separate admission price, not included in the annual passes.
