I had a great time. Nice atmosphere and the owner or manager was very nice. The service was quick and proactive. The server knew some people by name. The burger (well-done) was FANTASTIC. Believe the press, it's one if the best I've ever had.

I had the Piedmontese hamburger and it was pretty good. My friend had muscles and he said they were excellent. Unfortunately the onion rings were soggy and not very good at all. There is a very extensive beer list.

Ordered 3 medium well burgers. Food has been incorrectly cooked last 3 visits. Place has gone down in quality and will not be going back.

I think they don't really take reservations from what I remember but you can call ahead and put your name down on the list because there will be a wait
Do you need it? No. But I'd do it just so you don't end up waiting.
