There is no poutine at the Redcoat Tavern, but if you are in the area, you might try the Mercury Bar and Grill in Detroit's Corktown district. They have it there.

One Eyed Betty's in Ferndale has Pork Belly Poutine. They get pretty crowed too. They also have a nice craft beer selection.
