Horrible customer service you can tell there's lack of communication between the workers. It took 30 mins to get a table when the restaurant was half empty. Waitress brought us to our table without checking to make sure table was ready and it wasn't. It was extremely dirty there were no condiments on the table and it took another 25 mins for a waiter to come to our table. Worse customer service ever. Then the waitress served another table that came in after us instead of accommodating the customers that waited the longest ....... Probably not coming back again

IHOP is your hop, new menu same food higher prices. I don't know what I expect from these restaurants food tastes the same prices are higher some things do change. In all fairness the food was good it's just didn't taste like anything I would pay for a second time. The staff was very pleasant and the waitress was attentive.

I love spicy food so I had the Spicy Publano. I asked the waitress to make it as spicy as possible. She came back and apparently the cook said "challenge accepted". One of the best Omelets I've EVER had. The service was great too. Our coffees stayed full. We had every condoment the place had to offer brought to our table. Great experience!

Our brunch was awesome the food was good service was very nice and a young lady who works there, I Believe her name was pronounced Mersena was doing several jobs at once from bussing tables to helping us out and seating customers she was above and beyond thank you we need more people like her, A people person. Love her job and make people want to come back.

Been there three times Service is slow. Food is average at best The only plus side to the place is that it is less expensive then most of the other restaurants around there.

No, but they do use FROZEN hash brown squares, instead of shredded hash brown potatoes
They care more about their online orders if you ask me. The Hostess and servers can be very rude to customers at times. I kept hearing one say that she was ready to go a lot of times. Well if you feel like you can't or don't want to deal with customers maybe that job isn't for you.
How do you know the last letter of her name?
I agree, they do need to expand, especially since it's the only one in the area. Sometimes we get lucky and don't have longer than a 10 minute wait, and sometimes we have walked out.
