I went there this weekend. Open: most outdoor animals, birds, most reptiles, the otter, the Carousel. Closed: polar exhibit (it's open on the outside but you'll see nothing the whole time), butterfly house, penguin house, some food places,
No unfortunately everything is not open. there are a couple that are, like reptiles but limited amount of people at one time can go in so there is a waiting line.
None of these were open when I was there 10 days ago.
Some of the indoor exhibits are closed to protect from the spread of Covid (humans AND animals!), but a number of them are open (birds, otters, amphibians, reptiles, barnyard). Outdoor habitats are open. The Zoo must control attendance numbers; make an advance reservation online (DetroitZoo.org) to assure you'll be able to get in. ADVICE: many of the more popular animals are from cooler climates, so come early, or on cooler days, to see more animals.
Yes most of them, only with the exception of a few.
Most of the exhibits are open. Some are closed like penguins, arctic etc.
No. When I went there (about 3 weeks ago) NOTHING was own except the reptiles. The penguins, the seals, the butterfly, the inside where u can watch the monkeys were closed off and much more.
I noticed most of them were open.
