You can feed them, they have certain time blocks when you are able to.

Correct. Its $5 to feed the giraffes and you get a scheduled time so you know when to be at the platform. The Zoo Guides can give you a short lesson on giraffes too if its not crowded.

They have a 10 am and 1pm feeding times, they are $5 a piece but you need to arrive early as they sell out quick. You can buy them from a stand just inside the main gates.

Yes, they have giraffes! There are certain time blocks in which you are able to feed them. As soon as you walk in, there should be a booth with more information called "Giraffe Encounter."
