The employees are so rude to you. Even if you have apple care they are no help. Just go to an another Apple store because the employees are so mean and there is a manager name Laura she is so racist. They will not help you with anything

I had a helpful and pleasant visit at the apple store I guess it depends on a person to person experience

I've been at this apple store many times and everytime the employees have been pleasant and helpful. The genius bar informed me about upgrades to my eight month old laptop which had developed some issues and did all the upgrades for free. They contacted me after a few days when it was ready to be picked up. Ive only had the best experience here.

Wow, I've had only the very best experiences at this Apple Store. I even left while they fixed my MBP and they called me when it was ready and I was relaxing across the street at Starbucks instead of idly waiting on the storeroom floor.
