Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment. They will first pretend your appointment doesn't exist, then make you wait in a line anyways. Following an apparently nationwide trend, it seems Apple is deliberately trying to make returns/repairs more difficult in response to the weakened supply chain and that is reflected in the service at this location, among many others.

Apple used to have superior customer service. Not sure it’s exclusive to this location, but I came in ready to spend money on a new iPhone and everyone acted like they were too good to help me. After years of loyal Apple purchasing, this experience got me excited to try Samsung!

I had a great time at the Apple Store. I didn't have an appointment so my wait time was long. They had a cleaner there making sure the phones, tables, and glass doors where clean. Of course I appreciate that. The employees were very kind and helpful. I was there to replace my iPhone 12 Mini. Because I had insurance and warranty still valid replacement was only $99. I treated myself to a privacy screen protector and a leather red case. The phone came out beautifully. Thank you Apple.

Some customer service are very good some of them have no clue what they are doing, been here three times to trade in my iphone, first time they told me I need to back up the phone, when I did it, next time they told they will do yhr transfer at store but but they dont have time, third time they couldn’t find the option for att trade in!!!! Very frustrating!! I did the same thing online and was much easier, they are not trained very well

Best to make an appointment then to walk in. Trust me because before it opens, there's already a line.
Do I need a appointment for coming in Pasadena for adjustments about iPad Air and repair iPhone 10
Plug it into your iTunes and restore the phone. Your data will be wiped out. The phone will be factory reset. That is the only way.
I need my I phone 6 battery replaced , what is the best way to get it done ?
To my knowledge no you will stand in line outside and there will be a customer service representative out there to help you. They will also let you go into the store as well.

It depends which phone you wants
Yes I would definitely leave and go to another store if it were convenient
Diane, you don't nred an appointment for a charger exchange, I believe the only instance where you would need an appointment is for computer repair.
Yes
In this situation, it will be either from your SIM card, or your phone software. In both cases you need a technician to check it.
Don't do that, I scheduled appointment, showed up, and they didn't have battery in stock it seems. You can try to drop by to check first, but their lines are crazy around 5 pm. I do not know about any other time. You can try to buy online, but it's not so easy to replace. Switched to Google Pixel, I love it, it was my last visit to Apple store. Yay :)
Do you have iphone 12 in stock now ? Can i come do buy ..
Issues with screen
No you don't. They're open to walk ins as well
They just sell new items
It probably depends on the time of day you show up, and if you have Apple Care for the device, but if you do have Apple Care, they'll probably fit you in.
No, they've been sold out
Yes you have to make an appointment to Shop inside the store
Yes you do. Go to apple.com and make it.
If you're purchasing it's better to do it online then pickup at pasadena.
https://www.apple.com/retail/pasadena/
You get into Apple Pasadena. Or the city you want to go to. And I will tell you how I can help you. And you get to book an appointment. And you are going to choose the time and they ask you what accessories to buy and follow the instructions. Important arrives before your appointment. Otherwise you lose it. I hope to see you helped. B nights
They have it but you need to order online and have it shipped or pick it up 3-4 days after at the store, you'll need yo setup an appointment to do so.
No, your warranty expired a year from the purchase
With launch of the recent iPhone that came out you may have to make appt.
Yes you have to make an appointment to purchase or speak with someone. Basically to enter the store. Umm you can call to see if they have any in stock just so you dont have to make an appointment if they dont have any. I wanted to buy a mac and when I got there with my appointment, they didnt have any in stock If you do plan to make an appointment, book 2 DAYS before the day you're able to go. I found out the hard way
Yes
Set up an appointment on their website.
https://youtu.be/U8ltCY8e5RY That should help
I had a helpful and pleasant visit at the apple store I guess it depends on a person to person experience
Easier way is to download the Apple Store App to set up an appointment before going to the store. Sometimes they have way too many people in there and they'll keep you waiting for hours if you don't have an appointment.
Yes they do
Look on their website, or you can call them @ 1 (800)-MYAPPLE
I honestly don't know... If not, it's going to be (I believe, somewhere around $250)... Just to get it... Check Apple's website... Because from what I've seen, they do trade ins with laptops, iPhones, and iPads... I would suggest you, call them and find out
I have walked in and someone greeted me within minutes and someone helped me within 15 minutes. Another time they had me call someone for support, not exactly what I wanted or I would have called them from home. It all depends what your issue is. Something major, I'd make an appointment. Also Tuesday thru Thursday you will have better luck, weekends expect a few hour wait. Hours also matter, lunch and early evening are very crowded. I was fairly happy with the people in that store. Maybe when you first get to town drop in and ask in person, they may get you an appointment or let you know when would be the best time to come back.
That would be a hardware problem... I would recommend going to your local Apple Store, and asking them about... But be advised, you may have to pay out of pocket, just for the repair
All Apple stores do offer classes. It would be be best to use their website or call the store for current classes and time/date for the classes. You also may want to take a class in Internet etiquette. Use of all CAPS is very rude.
The Apple Store will most likely replace the glass cover with the home button switch beneath it, without replacing the entire iPhone
Hi, I received a notification for your question. Customers can make an appointment (typically) by arriving first thing in the morning (might take an hour, or so), and someone at the Genius Bar could possibly fix it or take it in for a short time for fixing. Alternately, a standard way to make an appointment would be to go to the support tab of Apple.com and find the store there; they have an online-automated user-interface for creating an appointment with the Apple Store's staff.
The chance is to make an appointment.
""" WELL , THEY BE ABLE TO DO THAT,, I DON'T WORK FOR APPLE , BUT AIM REALLY SURE THEY CAN DO THAT FOR YOU......
I don't think they do. By the way what do you mean by lessons? What are they for?
Call the store directly and ask them if they had it or not.
Most of the time they do, but you should call the store first.
Purchase and trade in doesn't require appointment. Only technical support like physical damaged require appointment.
Yes get into gogle, tipe apple of pasadena and you can get locations + phone numbers etc. Etc...
Yes
Yes do just have to wait just lil bit
Yes sir, with an infinity of accessories within reach ..
Not that I know of.
You need to walk in and make an appointment and then wait to drop off to be fixed. They are very busy and it might take a bit to get to you but it will get gone.
$ 1100 plus tax.
It gets busy around noon.
Online you can make an appointment.
But you can book appointments, I think it opens around 10 it probably going start open earlier because of the holiday season
Call apple support or bring it into the store.
From where
No, you have to pay in everything
They repair it by paying the cost of the touch and labor.
There is no other way you have to follow the advice.
Yes or just come in early as walk-in. I just had my watch sent for repair and wait was about 40min instead of several days later.
Vist the store for questions
The easiest way is to go to the store but make sure you set an appointment. The wait time for walk-ins is usually 3 hours or more
Yes make a appointment they take a long time to see you with out one it take me 5 hours to fix my phone.
They won't have it here. There's lots of other places that would sell it for 200 easy...
No
Connect your phone to laptop using usb cable. Automatically your iphone drive will be shown in My Computer
Try Tech Rockstars in Monrovia.
Hi, I strongly recommend you to take it to any Apple store to do the appropriate check.
Thank you Mr.Garza 👍
I think you jumped to a conclusion that the battery is lost. You should see a technician to see it, maybe the phone is running applications in the background and requires more power.
I think it's either you install jail break, or one of the free applications which has a Trojan horse in it.
I think it depends on the version in your iPhone.
The definition of Computer can be found in Google, so many articles written about computers, size, OS, speed ...etc.
Online or calling to the store
They didn't have it in my case, and I scheduled appointment. Useless service.
Not sure
Call or go online
You will have to get the iPhone unlocked or jailbreaked... It's locked to a US carrier
Silver and space gray. 64 GB for 1000$ + tax 256 GB for 1150$ + tax
They don't have batteries for iPhone 6 in stock. Useless store.
What I was there they just received a new shipment but that was last will. Best to order online and see if that location has it available for pickup
No, walk ins are accepted, but ur wait will be lonfer
Takes about 30 minutes or so
Order and pick up later
You could enable parental Controls on the computer your talking about. There are many helpful tutorials on YouTube or on the Web.
Yes.
They do accept walk ins but depending on how busy they are they may ask you to come back on another day. weekends are pretty busy. best bet is to call and make an appointment
Why not try the phone number or website, both of which are listed on Google Maps for this store?
If she just bought it, she has a limited time of free support. I would call the number provided and see what they suggest.
