Beautiful spa but the massage and wax services I paid for could have been and should have been more thorough. Those services are expensive compared to other places and I honestly expected better results.

I was scheduled for an 80 min massage my therapist was late to get me from the waiting room and then ended the session after 50 min. Her phone rang during the massage then she silenced it then dropped it at some point after. I went in with a mild headache and left with a worst headache. The place is being renovated and not comfortable at all. The mural in the waiting room is of a depressing wasteland. I live in Pasadena and always loved to go there but I can’t go to this location again.

Good experience. The spa amenities are worth 5 stars but my massage could have been better. It was a 50 min massage which I understand is on the shorter side but the masseuse said she only had time to rub 2 or 3 muscle groups. Meanwhile my fiance got the same service at the same time, but his masseuse gave him a full body massage. The inconsistency and my lack of a full body massage was very disappointing

Will not go to this Burke Williams (Pasadena) again. It was being remodeled so most of the amenities were closed. This was not tools to us when we booked the reservation. My massage was not that great either. Not what I have come to expect from Burke Williams.

Hi Carol! We don't currently offer acrylic fills. Our manicurists are experts in non-toxic products including Dazzle Dry, the nail polish that dries quickly and lasts 2-3 weeks like gel! If you'd like to book those services, our Guest Experience agents would be happy to assist you.

There are a few different options for getting wet but, unfortunately, there's no way to do laps. Still this is a hidden gem that offers fantastic, quality services and products.
Great services (especially some geared towards women during their pregnancy) are amazing and trustworthy.
