A scooter was purchased on line as a gift for my daughter. We need to return it. Can we take it to ANY Wal-Mart? We don't have receipt. Scooter is still in box. Never opened.

Legit, you have a receipt on your online account. Hit "start a return" on your purchase history, scan the qr code at the service desk and skip the line!

If the scooter was bought online then whoever purchased it will have a record of the purchase and receipt in their online account otherwise Walmart will accept returns without a receipt but will only refund the purchase as cash if it cost less than $25 otherwise you get refund as giftcard.

You will need to call them and find out how online returns work. This site isn't run by Walmart.
